If you use your PC, press “Right Click” on the photo link (“Download Your Single Digital Photo”) placed under your “Order items” section, then choose “save link as & save it as a .jpeg image file.
Step 3: You are all set. You can now upload your digital (single) photo to any official website that offers the option.

How do I print my photo at home using my home printer?

Step 1: Be sure to have 4″X6” / 10 cm x 15 cm / standard photograph size glossy photo paper.
Step 2: Open the confirmation email on your PC or Mobile.
Step 3: When you use your mobile device, please make sure to press on the link (“Download Your Photos For Print”) and then click “save” to save your photos to your “photos library.” If you use your PC, press “Right Click” on the photo link (“Download Your Photos For Print”) placed under your “Order items” section, then choose “save link as” and save it as a .jpeg.
Step 4: Press “Ctrl+P” or right-click “Print,” and your print settings will appear. Make sure to pick 4X6” size paper with a quality of at least 300 dpi. Also, make sure to remove all border spaces/gaps and print.

Brilliant service - each photo I took was analyzed and where it was not sufficient quality
I was able to retake for free. When one is up to standard they take it and remove the background
and make any changes necessary to get the photo to a standard where it will be accepted by the passport office.
The one sent got accepted no problem.
I would definitely recommend as probably the only way to pretty much guarantee your photo will be accepted.
