How many photos do I need to send with the I-130?

For Form I-130, you typically do not need to submit photographs of yourself (the petitioner) or the beneficiary as part of the initial application package.

However, it’s essential to carefully review the instructions for Form I-130 and any updates or additional requests from USCIS after submitting your application. Photograph requirements may apply at later stages of the immigration process.

What documents are required for a Green Card?

For a Green Card application, essential documents typically include a birth certificate, a valid passport, and relevant forms such as Form I-485 for adjustments of status or DS-260 for overseas applicants. Proof of eligibility, such as employment records, may also be required.

Always check the latest USCIS guidelines to ensure your documentation meets all requirements for your specific application pathway.

What picture will be on my Green Card?

The picture on your Green Card will be the photograph you submit with your application that meets all the USCIS photo requirements.

Can I take my own Green Card photo?

Can I enter the U.S. with only a Green Card?

A Green Card allows you to enter, exit, work, and live in the U.S. indefinitely. What kind of passport do I need if I have a Green Card?

A Green Card isn’t a substitute for a passport. You need a valid passport from your country of citizenship to travel internationally.

Do I need both a Green Card and a passport?

Yes, for international travel. The Green Card allows re-entry to the U.S.; the passport is needed to enter other countries.

Can I use last year’s photo for a Green Card?

No, the photo must be recent, taken within the last six months, to reflect your current appearance.

Is a passport stamped for Green Card holders?

Processing times vary based on the category and current USCIS workload, ranging from a few months to several years.

Can you wear earrings in a Green Card photo?

The procedure is very quick, the quality of service is also good.
I got the background of my photo changed to white, and the software gave me a warning
that my first photo wasn’t good quality (due to the indoor light).
The tips provided, on how to take a good passport photo by your cell phone camera,
are extremely useful. Thanks.

I love that they do not just print the photo,
they ensure the quality of the photo will be accepted by the passport authority.
They do not stop until they get it right. Awesome service. Can't wait to get my photos!

Brilliant service - each photo I took was analyzed and where it was not sufficient quality
I was able to retake for free. When one is up to standard they take it and remove the background
and make any changes necessary to get the photo to a standard where it will be accepted by the passport office.
The one sent got accepted no problem.
I would definitely recommend as probably the only way to pretty much guarantee your photo will be accepted.
