Alternatively, you can receive your printed passport photos by choosing our most popular option – Home Delivery, using our Print & Ship Service.

We offer two convenient delivery options: Standard delivery, which takes 3-5 business days, and Expedited delivery, which takes 1-2 business days.

Additionally, customers can receive a digital copy of their passport photo, which can be emailed to them for convenient electronic submission.

What is your Print & Ship Service:

Our Print & Ship service includes physical prints of passport photos, with a dedicated fulfillment team that will print your passport photos on a required 4” X 6” glossy photo paper where you will have 2-6 photos (with the required photo size for each photo) and ship them to your address.

In addition, our customer service team is available to assist U.S. military personnel permanently assigned or on temporary duty overseas. For those on temporary duty overseas, please get in touch with our customer service for help with their orders while abroad.

Customers can also visit the photo department at Walgreens for assistance with their passport photo prints.

How long does it take to process my order?

Your “Digital Photos” in PNG and JPEG files will be emailed to you within minutes after you place your order, saving you valuable time. If you choose the “Printed Version” where we will print and ship your photos to you through our Print & Ship service, the processing of the order usually takes place on the same day if you place your order by 4 PM. If not, do not worry. We will process your order within 24 hours during regular business hours and days (Monday – Friday).

Additionally, Walgreens stores can process and provide passport photos within one hour for added convenience. Many locations offer this service, allowing customers to walk in without an appointment, making it a quick and accessible option for travelers.

How do I upload my digital photo to the government’s and the official websites?

Step 1: Open the confirmation email on your PC or Mobile.

Step 2: “Download Your Single Digital Photo” and then click “save” your photos to your “photo library”. If you use your PC, press “Right Click” on the photo link (“Download Your Single Digital Photo”) placed under your “Order items” section, then choose “save link as & save it as a .jpeg image file.

Step 3: You are all set. You can now upload your digital (single) photo to any official website that offers the option. Ensure your head position and other passport photo requirements are met before uploading your digital photo.

How do I print my photo at home using my home printer?

Step 1: Have 4” X 6” glossy photo paper.

Step 2: Open the confirmation email on your PC or Mobile.

Step 3: When you use your mobile device, please make sure to press on the link (“Download Your Photos For Print”) and then click “save” to save your photos to your “photos library.” If you use your PC, press “Right Click” on the photo link (“Download Your Photos For Print”) placed under your “Order items” section, then choose “save link as” and save it as a .jpeg.

Step 4: Press “Ctrl+P” or right-click “Print,” and your print settings will appear. Make sure to pick 4X6” size paper with a minimum of 600 dpi for quality. Also, make sure to remove all border spaces/gaps and print.

Customers can also use the Walgreens mobile app to locate the nearest Walgreens store.
