Size And File
A colour JPEG at least 715 pixels wide and 951 pixels high, no larger than 9 MB. No scans and no blurry or compressed files.
Background
Completely plain light grey, white or cream, with enough contrast between you and the wall. No shadows or patterns.
Head To Mid Torso
Frame yourself from the top of your head to the middle of your torso, with visible space around your head and shoulders.
Glasses
Transparent glasses are allowed if there is no glare or shadow and the frames do not cover your eyes. Dark glasses are not allowed.
Selfie Or A Helper
Take it yourself with the camera guide. It sets the distance, height and framing for you. A friend can hold the phone if you prefer.
No Edits To Your Face
We never retouch your face. We keep your own wall when it already passes and replace it only when it would fail.
